He Died 21 January 2016 year in Kolobrzeg. He had 77 years.
He graduated in journalism from the University of Warsaw.
From 1963 in Kolobrzeg, previously in Koszalin. Journalist, photojournalist, author of books, publisher.

– “Voice of Koszalin”.
From 1971 do 1999 years photographer and journalist “Voice of Pomerania” (do 1975 years – “Voice of Koszalin”).
In the years 1989-1990 newspaper photojournalist zachodnioberlińskiej “Volksblatt”, accredited in Berlin.
Winner of the prestigious National Press Photo Contest (Warsaw-1984). Numerous awards in photographic competitions. Solo exhibitions at home and abroad (GDR, FRG, USSR, Czechoslovakia).
During operation fotoreporterskiej (1969-1999) – thousands of photos in albums, folders, major publications, monographs Koszalin voivodship cities, historical books and magazines nationwide.
In 1995 founded the Publishing Agency “Patan-Press” and Documentary and Photography Gallery Kolobrzeg in Poland, the largest photo archive of the city, well before the war. Since 1996 years the author and publisher of albums and books of Kolobrzeg and Western Pomerania.
In 2000 was “Kołobrzeżaninem Year” (seahorse statue) – for outstanding contribution to the city.
