The fact, entitled "My Sixties. Kolobrzeg 1960-1969 ", is its continuation. Includes photos and documents from the time, where the demolition has already ended the war destroyed the city and began its reconstruction.

Kolobrzeg in years 60. more frequently visited the front pages of newspapers. Looked at closely to the city, which in its development has received much financial assistance the State. It was then fully implemented the resolution to rebuild KERM Kolobrzeg, providing for the development of its core functions: Spa, Leisure & Tourism, base of the marine fisheries, service-production.
The news of the foundations wznoszonym seaside resort is quickly spreading around the country. Many ambitious and courageous men then returned to Kołobrzegowi, seeing in him his great opportunity of a lifetime - to make rapid career advancement, and how often achieve youthful dreams of the sea.

In the early 60. Kolobrzeg people began arriving from various Polish regions. They came here and settled permanently architects, urbaniści, designers, builders, economists, technicians, doctors, nurses, teachers, artists, writers, lawyers, officials, sailors, sailors, fishermen, artisans, skilled workers, and they also, who because of their professional education were trained to perform various managerial functions in the workplace. All of them, together with the first inhabitants of Kolobrzeg, jobs moved from the city destroyed by war.

It will be recalled, how did this decade. In 1960 launched commercial port, Teachers' College opened its doors with the School of Exercise, as well as the first "tysiąclatka" - Primary School 4. The high rate began to develop housing through established 1 January 1961 years Kołobrzeski Enterprises Construction-assembly. Rapidly changing landscape of the city, empty squares squares have become sites. In 1961 celebrated the central Sea Days. Two years later a monument was unveiled and the Marriage of the Sea became operational, theater and concert hall PDK. In the seaside holiday-built medical facilities and the construction of the first in postwar Poland, the Department Przyrodoleczniczego. In the center stood municipal hotel with modern architecture. The city expanded, built several housing developments. Expanded commercial fishing port and, and over the river and Canal Parsęta Timber opened marinas.

Most of these events, I was an eyewitness, many of them I managed to photograph, and pictures to keep as evidence, that it was so. Because the memories of this period are very close to me, a book titled "My Sixties".

Among young people, who in the years 60. settled permanently in Kolobrzeg - today sixty- and siedemdziesięciolatków - many are my friends and acquaintances.
